Your project, your starting point

A Visual Approach Shaped Around Your Brief

Architectural visualization, also called architectural visualisation or property CGI, helps communicate a property's visual story. The right approach depends on your source material, audience and intended use.

For a listing, a development presentation or a property brand, begin with the views and information your audience needs. We discuss how to carry that direction into still imagery or a film.

The villa study shown here is an AI-generated conceptual demonstration: an edited sequence of views, not a continuous camera survey. Your project's production method is agreed separately.

What to Send for Your Rendering Quote

  • Your project type and the story you want to tell.
  • Available plans, property photos, existing renders and visual references.
  • The rooms or exterior views you need, or the scenes you have in mind for a video.
  • Where the visuals will be used and any required formats.
  • Your intended deadline, region and time zone so we can discuss feasibility.

Tell us which design decisions are established and which elements are still conceptual. Reference material helps define the visual scope; it does not turn the result into a measured survey or construction document.

From reference to final visual

From References to Agreed Deliverables

01 / Share the starting point

Send your materials and explain the audience, intended use and required visuals. We review the starting point with you before defining the production scope.

02 / Shape the direction

Agree the visual approach, views, references and review stages. For motion, discuss how scenes and editing will tell the property story.

03 / Review and deliver

Refine the visuals through the agreed review process. The quote defines the deliverables, revision scope, usage and delivery formats for your project.

Scope before price

What Affects Architectural Rendering Costs?

The quote depends on the available source material, the number of views, scene complexity, visual direction and agreed revision scope. A film also needs decisions about scenes, duration and editing.

Send a brief so we can discuss a tailored quote. Still-image work and animation are scoped according to their deliverables.

Working Together

Include related interior, exterior and motion requirements in the same brief so the visual direction can be considered together. Any combined scope is agreed in the project quote.

Architectural Rendering Questions

What materials do you need to quote my project?

Start with a description of the project, your available plans, photos or renders, the required views or video scenes, intended use and deadline. We discuss the production approach and confirm what additional reference material is needed.

Can you work from existing renders or property photos?

Send the materials you have so we can review the visual possibilities and limitations. The source material helps determine the approach and quote; photos or references alone do not establish precise dimensions or hidden details.

What is the difference between a render and a walkthrough video?

A render is a still image. A property video presents scenes through movement and editing. A continuous model-based walkthrough and an edited conceptual sequence are different production approaches, so the method and available scope are discussed before production.

Does the service include architectural or construction plans?

No. This is a visual production service for property imagery and films. Architectural plans, engineering, permits, surveys and construction work are outside this service.

How are delivery scope and revisions agreed?

The project quote sets the views or scenes, deliverables, review stages, revisions, usage and formats. Share any specific requirements in your brief so they can be discussed before work begins.
